a- Not to eat and starve myself.

I have hope it will be.
Have you ever managed to lose weight, but then gain again? If yes, why and how did you get back some of the weight?
yes, went through a very stressful marriage and gained all the weight back, got divorced and lost most of it again

I stopped eating fast food, that was the biggest reason I lost weight.

I don't have a problem eating light, its eating with less sodium I have a problem with.
