 Are you overweight? Or have you ever been overweight?
I am a little over my ideal weight.
 If you are overweight, what do you think is the reason FOR YOU?
I have eat more them i need , and eating the wrong food
 What do you think is the reason FOR OTHER OVERWEIGHT PEOPLE?
The same as me., eat wrong and more them your body needs
 Are you on a diet at the moment?
Yes! calories counter diet
 What does diet mean for you?
a- Not to eat and starve myself.
b- Cutting the calories.
c- Cutting the calories plus increasing the exercise.
d- Getting all the things my body needs with less calories.
e- Getting all the things my body needs with less calories plus increasing the exercise.
f- Eating as usual but increasing the exercise.
g- Healthy life style.
h- Your own definition. Please type.
cutting dow calories work's I hope. But must eating with discipline.
 Do you expect your diet to be successful, if so why? If not why?
I am hope so.
 Have you ever managed to lose weight, but then gain again? If yes, why and how did you get back some of the weight?

have never try any other diet ,
 Please tell us some important mistakes you did in your diets. We can learn from them.
 If you never managed to get thin until now, why do you think? A criticizing mother? Pizza Hut?
fast food is the key keep away from it! better make a bown of salad . cut down sweets and chocolates , alcool is another away to gain weigth, I am not drinking as much I like. keep in a couple fo beers 1 week,, and them have a very low meal. to keep my calories no over 1500, whatever I am trying only eating 1000K or less in a day.
 How should your close ones treat you as a dieter? Should they better be quiet on the subject, or should they push you?
 If you are living with others, how do you handle the problem of you having special diet meals while others have their usual meals?
family adapt to what I eat.
 How do you cope with eating less? For some people it really hurts and is like hell. For some others, they enjoy the light feeling. How about you?
I love be in control , so I need to tell my body what they need and when. Is all about make a effort and feel good about your self.

pills for me don't work.

cut down food and exersice always work's
 Where do you stand on the subject of exercise?
I have back surgery so my exercise is very restricted at the moment. But I do a lot house work and walking. will start biking ones a week too.
 Is there anything you`d care to say about diets?
diet is about what you want not about what you need . every body want be slimmer and wealth.

so put that way you want and you need so go for it.
